The Bungalow
Set in idyllic scenery the house sits in a large, private, tree-lined plot and is within a 20-minute drive from Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. With 3 bedrooms the property can sleep up to seven persons and has all of the facilities that visitors would expect. The property can be found at the end of a farm track leading off the SS. 74 Maremmana, there is adequate parking for a number of vehicles.
The property comprises: 3 bedrooms ~ 1 room with bunkbeds + single bed, 1 room with double or twin beds and a third room with double or twin beds.
Bathroom ~ WC, bidet, two showers, vanity unit and basin, automatic washing machine.
Kitchenette ~ Fridge, double sink unit, gas oven/hob.
Living area ~ Two sofas, fireplace, dining table and chairs, bench.
Central heating available (subject to an additional charge).
Outside ~ Pergola and BBQ area.
Garden ~ Extensive lawned garden (approx. 1 acre) with open views and al fresco dining facilities.
Games ~ Table tennis, volley-ball, mini croquet, and bocce (Italian boules). Bicycles are available, and there is also a 3-hole golf practice area.
Catering ~ With a good range of local shops and a supermarket in Orvieto, visitors can easily self-cater if required ~ alternatively, for a small extra charge dinner can be cooked for you on request (24 hours notice required). However there are a number of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby all of which offer good food and are reasonably priced.

The Chalet
If you are part of a larger group wishing to book our property, we also have a small chalet adjacent to the main bungalow, which can sleep up to four persons. The chalet is available on its own, or as a joint booking with the bungalow. The property has its own facilities and provides a simple, relaxing base from which to tour Umbria.
