The region has one of the best climates in Italy, with an early spring and late autumn, and a winter that is characterised by cold, crisp mornings with a bright blue sky and glowing sun.
This green heart of Italy holds attractions for all types
of visitor, from horse-riding to wine-tasting, cookery courses to art
galleries, Umbria tempts visitors with a host of distractions –
other options being watersports, bird watching, lake cruises and woodland
walks. However, those wishing to simply relax will find Umbria a tranquil
setting for their holiday.
This bungalow is situated in the heart of the region
close to the town of Orvieto and Lake Bolseno and is perfectly placed
for visits to Rome, Florence, Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno. Adjacent to
the owner's 14th Century farmhouse, the bungalow stands in its own garden,
which stretches to one acre and is perfect for relaxing, playing with
the children or dining al fresco. The property is well equipped and
can accommodate up to seven people, with parking for a number of vehicles
and easy access to the motorway network. Adjacent to the main property
is a chalet, which can comfortably accommodate four people. It has its
own facilities and makes an excellent holiday home for families.

The historic town of Orvieto is a short drive from the bungalow and has all of the amenities one would expect from a bustling Italian community, including many restaurants and cafes, art galleries, theatres, museums, shops and supermarkets.
