The use of a car is essential in this region. Due to the historic nature of the area, public transport only serves the main conurbations and whilst the property is close to Orvieto it does not enjoy a bus service. The house is a short drive from Orvieto and is only 10 minutes drive from Lake Bolseno.

By rail the property is merely 1 hour from either Rome or Florence with regular and reliable services.

If you are travelling by air, the house is approximately one and a half-hours drive from Rome’s Leonardo di Vinci airport or from Ciampino airport.
